1. General Return Policy

At Adamsonstore.com, we strive for customer satisfaction while complying with all federal and state firearm regulations. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receiving your order.
• All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Approved returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
• Opened items incur an additional 15% open-box fee (totaling 40% in restocking fees).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Firearms and NFA (National Firearms Act) items once ATF paperwork has been initiated.
• Ammunition and magazines.
• Special/custom orders.
• “As-is” or “used” products.
• Installed or modified items.
• Optics, night vision, and electronic devices.

3. Firearm Sales & Transfers

• All firearm sales are final once they have been transferred from an FFL dealer to the buyer.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with state and local firearm laws before purchase.
• If a firearm is returned due to legal restrictions or failure to pass a background check, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied along with return shipping charges.
• Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. The buyer must coordinate with the selected FFL to receive their order.

4. Used Firearms

• Used firearms are sold as described and are final sale.
• Condition descriptions are based on thorough inspections.
• If available, photos will be provided before purchase.

5. Ammunition Sales

• Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable due to safety regulations.
• Buyers must be 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition and 21+ for handgun ammunition.
• An adult signature is required upon delivery.
• Buyers must comply with their state’s ammunition purchase laws.

6. Order Cancellations & Errors

• Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Orders canceled due to background check failures will also incur a restocking fee of at least 20%, along with return shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with pricing or description errors. If an order is mistakenly processed under incorrect terms, we will contact the customer for resolution or refund the order.

7. Shipping & Return Instructions

• Customers must use a trackable shipping method for all returns.
• It is recommended to insure the package to avoid loss or damage during transit.
• Adamsonstore.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
• USPS tracking is limited, and a 30-day wait period applies before a lost shipment claim can be initiated.
