• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws before purchasing.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Firearm & Ammunition Sales Policy

• Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealers. Customers must coordinate transfers with their chosen FFL.
• Ammunition purchases require verification of age:
  • 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition
  • 21+ for handgun ammunition
• Background checks are required before firearm transfers can be completed. If you fail a background check, your order will be canceled and subject to a restocking fee (see Section 6).
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify firearm restrictions in their state before purchase.
• All firearm and ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Users may create an account to track orders and manage purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from misuse, theft, or negligence.

4. Electronic Communications

• By using our Site or sending emails to contact@adamsonstore.com, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled before shipment but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Firearms, ammunition, and custom orders are non-returnable.
• Approved returns for eligible products must be:
  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returned within 10 business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Subject to a 25% restocking fee, with an additional 15% open-box fee if the item has been opened
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Pricing & Product Descriptions

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee the absence of typographical errors.
• If a pricing or description error is found, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.

7. Intellectual Property
